I never realised that Japan was such a hazard filled country. These boxes say "Your bathwater is dangerous!" "Your washing is dangerous"
The rainy season is just about to start here, which means a musty gloomy few weeks. Shops are setting lots of products to keep homes mould free.
I wonder if the famous Japanese fastidiousness is because you really do have to wash and wash stuff when it gets humid? Anyway, our washing machine is sparkling now.
But then it was sparkling before too.

A leviathan typhoon hit Japan yesterday. It was raining so heavily when I got off the train at the station that I had to take a taxi the 500m to our house.
Didn't suffer any damage here, but half of the sucker attached hooks holding up utensils in our kitchen came clattering down when the typhoon arrived. The change in air pressure I presume.

They are installing an elevator in our local train station. This man was wiping the dust off each individual bike parked under the construction sight. That's customer care!

This high-school boy on the train must have been really hungry. You almost never see people eating on public transport here.
